“Nothing endures but change.” Heraclitus. For some, change is easy.  For others, change can be compared to barreling down the Colorado River in a ten-person raft in white water rapids. In white water navigation, things are only partially under control, yet the effective navigator of the rapids is not behaving randomly or aimlessly.  We will learn to apply principles to help better cope with the present and be prepared with helpful strategies for the future.  Frontline staff will learn to not only cope with change but make change work for both them and the organization.  Leaders influencing others to perform differently and better will learn change leadership approaches.
