Participants will learn how to take a structured, forward-looking approach to career planning by assessing current strengths, competencies, and transferable skills.
Participants will begin by answering a critical question: Which skills do I have today that will carry forward into future roles, and which skills will I need to develop to remain competitive?
Through guided self-assessment, participants will identify in-demand skills and areas for growth aligned with today’s evolving workforce. The focus then shifts to career strategy development, encouraging participants to envision roles or career paths they would like to pursue over the next five years. Participants will learn how to research target positions, analyze job requirements, and identify gaps in skills, experience, or training. The workshop concludes with a practical action-planning phase, where participants define concrete next steps to build readiness for future opportunities. Participants will leave with greater clarity, direction, and a personalized roadmap for continued career development.
